I help people achieve wellness through movement. I help all bodies-- athletes, those new to exercise, and those who are looking to discover or rediscover their inner “mover.” ​

Movement heals. Movement brings joy. Movement improves memory, learning and concentration.  It improves your mood, boosts your energy and reduces overall stress in your body and mind. Movement helps you to be well so that you can do well in all areas of life.  

Relationships are essential for learning, growing, and thriving.
I partner with you to identify and mobilize your own strengths and motivations for change. I meet you where you are now.  

A private Pilates lesson is personalized instruction designed to meet your needs and goals, to understand what is happening in your body. You will learn how to move and engage your muscles deeply, effectively, and efficiently.

Pilates is a mindfulness practice- the complete coordination of body, mind and spirit (Joseph Pilates).  It can help you to develop your ability to quiet your mind, to direct your focus on the present, and to dismiss distractions.
